AVEM – Work-related Patterns of Behaviour and Experience
(Arbeitsbezogenes Verhaltens- und Erlebensmuster)

AVEM is a self-assessment method for behaviour and experience in
work and professional contexts. It is evaluated in 11 dimensions and
4 patterns (G: Health, S: Protection, A: Overstraining oneself, B:
Resignation, Burnout). The results are relevant under the aspect
of the promotion of health and motivation.

IPS – Inventory of Personality Diagnostics in Situations
(Inventar zur Persönlichkeitsdiagnostik in Situationen)

IPS is a multi-dimensional procedure of personality diagnostics that is
used for self-assessment in three fields of daily life requirements:
socio-communicative behaviour, performance behaviour, and health
and recreation behaviour. The results of IPS are - like of AVEM - measured
in dimensions and patterns (profiles).

BIVA – Image-based Intelligence Tests for Pre-school Children
(Bildbasierter Intelligenztest für das Vorschulalter)

BIVA is an individual test for children aged 3 ½ to 7 years. It is an
image-based way of testing cognitive operations with varying
complexity, based on the age of the children.

(Checkliste für Existenzgründer)
Based on 14 relevant dimensions, (potential) self-employed persons
can get information on the specific requirements they have to expect

successful self employed business founders and start ups).
In addition to self-assessment, external assessment is possible.
